President Trump left Walter Reed Medical Center just after 6:30 p.m. ET on Monday. He got back to the White House shortly before 7 p.m., where he gave a thumbs up before walking inside, taking off his mask as he did.
He later issued a video statement asking people not to allow the virus dominate them. He praised the medical teams that were attending to him stating that he is now better than 20years ago.
He also released a video of his touch down aboard Marine One from Walter Reed to the White House.
And promised to be hitting the campaign trail soon.
According to reports, the president had a full team of medical experts on standby 24-7 and was treated with dexamethasone, a powerful steroid recommended for use in severe cases of COVID-19.
