The condition for walking with God has always been a strict observance of the Laws of God. So when Pope Francis made a statement to the effect that True doctrine is not a rigid attachment to the Law, which bewitches as ideologies do, well that is big. At the end of the article there are two links to Catholic Website Sources that published his ‘sermon’.
Joh_14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
Joh_14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
The Bible told us of a Beast that will come and say differently. A beast power that will not only change the commandments of God, but still attack those who keep the commandments of God. A beast that will speak blasphemy, to blaspheme God’s name and God’s Holy Tabernacle. Remember, God’s Holy Tabernacle includes ALL The TEN COMMANDMENTS.
Dan 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws
Rev 13:6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
Both Daniel and John had the same vision about this beast power. It changed the Sabbath law to Sunday and now publicly says keeping the commandments of God makes God’s spirit sad. Before you read on, see the image below of the design given to Moses by God for the construction of the Ark of The Covenant.
Exo 25:9 According to all that I shew thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the instruments thereof, even so shall ye make it.

Any one that ever teaches you of a gospel that takes away even a single of God’s commandments RUN AWAY!. God’s commandments are central to God’s Government and the death of Christ was to show us how immutable the law is. God would rather His own Son suffers and dies than compromise even one dot of the Law.
Mat 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Mat 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Pope Francis statements are in Italics. Bold and underline is by me to highlight the serious lies this man is teaching.
While following doctrine is important, those who focus solely on its strict observance can “reduce the Spirit and the Son to a law,” Pope Francis said Oct. 6 during an early morning Mass in the chapel of the Domus Sanctae Marthae, the Vatican residence where he lives.
Here the Pope says we should not observe the commandments strictly, meaning we can give room to deviate from the laws of God slightly to be comfortable.
Mat_5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
“It is true that there are the commandments and we should follow the commandments; but always from the grace of this great gift given to us by the Father, the Son; it is the gift of the Holy Spirit and thus, one can understand the law. But do not reduce the Spirit and the Son to a law,” he said.
Read, does the grace of God nullify the Law? And did Paul teach we can ignore the law because of grace?
Rom 7:12 Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.
In strongly denouncing the community (that insists on strictly keeping the commandments), the pope said St. Paul reveals their belief of “being justified by the law and not by Jesus,” which is the first of three attitudes Christians act toward the action of the Holy Spirit in their lives.
“This attachment to the law makes one ignore the Holy Spirit. It does not allow the power of Christ’s redemption to come forward with the Holy Spirit,” he said. “This was the problem of these people: they ignored the Holy Spirit and didn’t know how to go forward. They were closed, closed in requirements: ‘do this, do that.’ We too, at times, can fall in this temptation.”
What does the Bible say about this?
Psa 119:142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.
Joh_4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
Joh_16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
The law of God is truth. Worshiping God in truth means keeping His commandments, and The Spirit of God that was promised to us will help us understand keeping commandments and reveal to us more of things to come like this liar in the name of the Pope.
Joh_8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
The second attitude, he continued, is to “sadden the Holy Spirit” when Christians allow their lives to be led by the “theology of the law” rather than “the freedom of the spirit.”
In doing so, he said, “we become lukewarm and fall into Christian mediocrity because the Holy Spirit cannot do great works in us.”
Rev 3:14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
Rev 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
Rev 3:16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
Do you see the difference between the Devil Talking and God speaking to us through the Bible. God says people who are neither hot nor cold are lukewarm. In the context of Revelation, these are Christians who are playing in the gray area of not strictly abiding in the laws of God. God says He will Spew them out. But now the Pope says those who strictly KEEP the commandments of God are LUKEWARM.
However, the third attitude is to be open to the Holy Spirit which helps to understand and receive Jesus’ words, he said.
“When a man or a woman is open to the Holy Spirit, it is like a sailboat swept by the wind that goes on and on and never stops,” the pope said.
Pope Francis called on Christians to reflect on whether their spiritual lives are solely focused on observing the law or are “a continuous prayer” that helps them to “understand the doctrine of Jesus, the true doctrine, the one that does not enchant, the one that does not make me foolish.”
Psa 19:7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
Mat 7:24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
The word of God, the laws of God in fact makes you wise. You can see the lies of this agent of the Devil from miles away. How can he honestly give an ultimatum to Christians, choose a life of observing the laws of a life without the laws but with prayers.
Pro 28:9 He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.
Do you need anymore reason that this Pope is the beast of Revelation 13?
Rev 13:6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
